The hotel had clean rooms with nice wooden flooring and a large bathroom, although the king-size bed, made up of two twin beds placed side by side, sagged slightly throughout the night. The rooms and bathrooms are not very spacious. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending an excellent restaurant close by outside St Chiara's church. The location is superb, within walking distance from carparks outside the city wall and offering views down the valley. The dining experience was very nice and substantial, although a bit pricey for what it offered. The facilities were of a good standard.
